Continental Paper Grading Company (CPG) operates a network of waste paper processing plants, warehouses, and sales and distribution centers throughout North America. Our well-equipped facilities, our extensive storage space, our company-owned fleet of trucks, and our worldwide network of waste paper outlets allows us to handle all grades of waste paper in virtually any quantity. As our corporate headquarters since 1919, our Chicago, Illinois location houses our leadership, management, and support staff, along with nationwide sales and customer service staff and a full-service waste paper processing, warehousing, and distribution plant.

York, PA: Processing Plant

Our facility in York, Pennsylvania was established in 2012 and serves as a waste paper recycling plant for customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. This plant’s direct access to the ports of Baltimore and New York also enables us to market the products processed there worldwide.
